A5 - sDBDHe emissionTime-resolved electron impact excitation rate from the ground state into He I (3s)³S₁ near the grounded side of the SDBD, focused on a single electrode grid cell during a nanosecond-pulsed He/N₂ discharge at atmospheric pressure. The data is derived from phase-resolved optical emission measurements and captures the temporal evolution of excitation dynamics throughout the pulse. The video illustrates the formation and propagation of the ionization front.
