Description

Image

This project deals with the simulation of fluids that are in contact with e.g. streamer discharges in the nanosecond range. Effective models for the generation of radicals are developed to link fast plasma processes with slower flow and chemical time scales. The project provides valuable insights into the understanding of cross-scale processes in plasma-assisted catalysis.
